"Cutest house in ATL I think. It was very cozy and serene. The hot tub was such a nice little addition. Great location, too. Met the neighbors cat, Yuca, she’s great too! Would def stay here again. If you like being close to the city but in an area quiet and close to nature, this is your spot. "

"Great little studio! Lots to do and see within close walking distance but a heads up, its a very busy and somewhat traffic congested neighborhood so be prepared for that. Once you've gotten into the parking garage and past the locked access gate, it's a breeze. As far as the studio itself, it's plenty big, clean and well appointed. My only suggestions would be some baking soda in the fridge (smells a little bit musty) and maybe a few more cozy throw rugs... that floor is COLD!!!"

We had everything we needed for a fantastic Spring Break getaway in Atlanta—close proximity and access to all parts of the city, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and in an adorable and safe neighborhood. "It did not "wow" but was a solid option.Pros:Lots of bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms are nice. Clean sheets and linens. Hair dryers, amenities in the bathrooms. Received a call the day ahead of time. Several messages keeping me up to date with check in. Smooth and easy.Kitchen was well-appointed, large and modern. The cleaners had obviously been there and overall, the cleanliness was good.Cons:The entire place looks TIRED. The scuff marks on the floor hit you when you first walk in. Every single wall in the place needs to be painted. This is what ruined the vibe for me. It was clean--but looked dirty because the walls were so dirty.Whatever they use to mop the floor (I am guessing a swiffer) was super sticky--on all three levels.We stayed two nights. The second night was quite hot, and the thermostat is blocked so you can only cool down to 72 degrees--which was too hot for us and definitely affected the night's sleep. I would imagine this is something you could contact the host about (again--they appeared very proactive) but we didn't stay another night so I didn't confirm that could be fixed. If it couldn't--that would be a total deal breaker for me.There is an odd placement of one old arcade game when you first walk in. Other than that, no games or activities. Well-outfitted with plenty of new televisions, but decor is extremely sparse. Overall we liked the location. Felt safe. Paint the whole place and we'd come back again."

"This was a fun experience for us on our road trip; the privacy was never an issue, but you were also close to a neighborhood and felt safe, which was an unknown ahead of arriving. It's about 10x12 on the main floor with a bed-only loft up the ladder, but it was fun, cozy, different, and VERY well kept/maintained. Could feel the love from the hosts/owners in how much they care for it. "
