Check-in is quick and hassle-free. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and guide you to your unit. The condo features keyless entry, and key fobs are provided so you can freely enter and exit the building throughout your stay.

The condo is located in Atlanta’s vibrant Hotel District, putting you within walking distance of top attractions and entertainment. Sports fans will enjoy proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, home to the Falcons and Hawks. Cultural landmarks like the World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park, CNN Center, and Georgia State University are all nearby.
With two MARTA stations just minutes away, getting around Atlanta is convenient and easy, making this location ideal for both visitors and business travelers.
Guests have full access to the entire condo, so the space is completely yours—make yourself at home.
Check-in is simple and secure. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if the guest checking in is not the individual who booked the reservation. The concierge will verify that the name on the reservation matches the guest and guide you to your unit.
You will receive a digital door code in your check-in instructions for easy access to the condo. Inside, a key fob is provided to allow convenient entry and exit from the building for the duration of your stay.
We’re always available to assist with anything you need. For the fastest response and guaranteed delivery, please use the platform messenger to contact us.

After a day spent exploring nearby attractions or navigating the city, you return to a high-rise condo where comfort and calm take over. Mornings begin at your own pace, whether you’re easing into the day with coffee indoors or preparing for meetings from your dedicated workspace.
Living space & sleeping arrangements
Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this 1-bedroom condo offers a flexible layout suited to both relaxation and productivity. The bedroom provides a comfortable place to rest, while the living area includes a sofa bed that easily adapts for additional guests. Thoughtful touches throughout the space make it just as suitable for unwinding in the evening as it is for focused work during the day. Bed linens, hangers, and an iron are provided to help you settle in with ease.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for everyday use, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner in. A dining table creates a dedicated space to eat, work, or map out your plans. Having a full kitchen and dining area makes it easy to enjoy unhurried mornings and relaxed evenings indoors.
Bathroom & essentials
The bathroom features a walk-in shower along with bathroom essentials, creating a straightforward and comfortable routine during your stay. Fresh towels and other basics are included for convenience.
Work & connectivity
A dedicated workspace and Wifi support remote work or business travel, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying a central city location.
Building amenities & services
Set within Peachtree Towers, the building offers elevator access and straightforward arrivals with self check-in using a smart lock. Washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, making longer stays more convenient. A patio or balcony provides a small outdoor connection when you want a breath of fresh air. Exterior security cameras are located in common areas, including elevators and entry points, with none inside the condo.
Location
Positioned in the heart of downtown, the condo places you within walking distance of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, and America’s Mart. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are close by, and nearby MARTA stations offer easy transportation across the city, including direct airport access.
Good to know
Long term stays are allowed, and housekeeping is available at an extra cost for added flexibility during extended visits.
Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.
Other Notes: I have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request. z
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. z
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
