• During this period, no noise, loud conversations, or music are permitted.
• Televisions may remain on, but volume must not exceed level 7 on the device’s scale.
• Stereo systems may not be used during quiet hours.
• Dishwashers, washer and dryer should not be operated between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Please refrain from using the air hockey table or arcade games during these times.

Gatherings and Conduct
• Intimate gatherings or small celebrations with moderate music and conversation are permitted only until 9:00 PM, when quiet hours begin.
• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Please avoid high-impact activities such as jumping or running, as these may disturb the tenants below.

Property Access
• This property consists of two separate and independent units — the main house (this listing) and a basement apartment (not included in this rental).
• Guests must use only the main house entrance, as shown in the listing photos.
• The driveway and garage associated with the main house are available for guest use.
• While the house address is on Wenatchee Street, the main entrance is located on Yakuta Drive.
