THE SPACE:
1,500 square feet 3-story house with 3 bedrooms & 3.5 baths (3 beds). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. This home is in a quiet lake community with a lakefront view and direct access right from the backyard. The backyard is equipped with a spacious walk-in deck and a gazebo with seating to do yoga or chat with others. The downstairs bedroom has a door with direct access to the backyard. Natural light comings in through the large glass window doors. This home is about 35 miles away from the Airport and Downtown Atlanta, Stone Mountain Park (6 miles) secluded but close enough to nearby groceries and food chain restaurants (5 miles).  
MASTER BEDROOM 1 (Upstairs): 
King size bed with in-suite private bathroom: 1 sink and combined tub & shower. The bed is a memory gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows, and luxury bedding. The master bedroom is furnished with a tufted bed, mirrors, 2 nightstands, 1 dresser, 2 lamps, artworks, and Smart TV with remote control. This bedroom has one closet and all wood flooring. The best part is the beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom and natural lights coming from oversized windows in the middle of the room.
GUEST BEDROOM 1 (Upstairs): 
Queen size bed with in-suite bathroom: 1 sink and walk-in shower. There is a closet for your clothes. The bed is a memory gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows, and luxury bedding. This bedroom is furnished with a tufted bed, a nightstand with 2 lamps, mirrors artworks, and Smart TV with remote control.
GUEST BEDROOM 2 (Downstairs): Queen size bed with in-suite bathroom The bed is a memory gel with cooling technology, soft pillows, and luxury bedding. This bedroom is furnished with a soft tufted bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, artworks, and direct access to the back deck/ lake. This bedroom has a walk-in viewing room, perfect to wind down in the evening. There is one Smart TV with remote control.
LIVING ROOM (Main Floor): 
Large living area with fireplace and furnished with a couch & 2 accent chairs, 1-floor lamp, a coffee table, and Smart TV with remote. 
DINING AREA (Main Floor): 
Dining table for 6 people with open to the kitchen & living room. There is half the bathroom next to the dining room.
KITCHEN (Main Floor): 
Fully equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave,  Old fashion oven, stovetop w/ downdraft vent (push button on the stovetop to rise the downdraft vent), Cooking ware, Utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Coffee cups, drinking glasses, Cutting boards, Pots, and Pans.  Please note NO DISHWASHER!
WRAP-AROUND SCREEN PORCH  (Main Floor): 
Faces the backyard and lake. Soft seating. Fireplace. Direct access from the living room.  
OUTDOOR DECK: Big deck with direct access from the downstairs bedroom. Soft outdoor seating under a spacious gazebo.   
LAKE ACTIVITIES:  
Paddle Boat belongs to the owner, but available for rent per permission basis. Fishing is allowed on property only. Life Jacket is available for your use. Beware of wildlife animals native to Lake water.
NO GARAGE. Driveway parking maximum 2-3 vehicles.  
INTERNET:  Free Wi-fi (High-speed Comcast internet)  
Guest will have full access to the home, deck, and dock.  
Most of my communications will be via the Airbnb/VRBO Messaging system.
