This is an easy access 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with a King bed in a boutique building on a very quiet residential street, finishing new construction in March 2023. It is just a few minute's walk from Ponce City Market, Beltline Eastside Trail, and a unique Kroger with an outdoor Bar;) The building is located mid-block on a small quiet residential street. Please - No Smoking / No Parties.

This unit has warm contemporary Scandi finishes including quartz countertops, 2-tone kitchen cabinets, soft maple flooring & stainless appliances. Open floor plan with spacious living and kitchen areas open onto a private deck. The finishing has been carefully curated for a modern look with warm tones with West Elm furniture & Smart tv provided with Netflix, HBOmax, & Youtube TV. The bathroom has a floating vanity, stackable laundry machine & tub with surround-to-ceiling tile. Guests will have easy access via keypad. The building is family-owned and operated. Old Fourth Ward is the happening neighborhood in the heart of Atlanta.
