The front desk staff was fine, but the room was not properly cleaned. The floors had not been vacuumed, and the bed cover looked dirty. The iron in my room didn’t work, and they didn’t bring a replacement to my room until after I had to leave for the evening. The public areas were fine, but parking is not easily accessible to people with limited mobility who don’t have a handicap parking sticker.

This hotel is very clean and pretty. However they gave us the wrong type of room upon checking. The woman at the front desk had little knowledge or little interest in helping offer suggestions for local pizza places. No one came to put a stop to the overflowing pool and teens running around like crazy in the workout room. They ran out of pillows, so we had no pillows for our two kids on the pull out couch (I had booked for 4 people and received 2 pillows). Then the ceiling started leaking a large amount over the shower. It was a bit much upon our first couple hours there. However the breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was lovely.
