Walked in and met a wonderful member of the staff named Rashonda. She was a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful. The room was ok, the refrigerator didn't get cold and there was no body wash available. We went to the front desk and encountered Holly. Her attitude was awful and she wasn't helpful at all. We asked about getting body wash and she half way looked and said we don't have any. We asked for a late check out and she just talked loud and said noon. We only wanted an additional hour but it worked out anyway. Great location and Rashonda was absolutely wonderful.
