Felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. The home was unsafe, could open windows from the outside of the home. Kept reaching out to the host who said the owner would call me, they never did. Went back and forth with VRBO, provided pics and a video and was told I'd get a full refund. Had to find a hotel nearby. This was the worst experience.
