"I’ve never written a bad review, but this hotel was very very disappointing. After a long day of travel (due to a connecting flight issues) we got to the hotel around 10pm, only to be told they were unable to check us in due to them not knowing if they would have a room for us or not as they had overbooked the hotel. When I asked how this is possible as we had a reservation that had been paid for months earlier, we were told “yeah well so do all these people waiting in the lobby” “we can wait if...

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice guests. Got this place for my mom and she’s been loving it. Good breakfast. Clean room. And it’s so close to so much shopping and food places in walking distance and short drives. Best hotel for the price for sure. And sign up for the membership rewards site and you get a nice discount on your rooms. "

"The second floor hallway smells like weed from about 7 pm on Monday until about 9 am. It’s overwhelming. We stay here often because it’s really the closest place to who are visiting and this happens every time we go the hotel itself is just fine. It’s clean and it’s what we need and we stay there because of those things, however, the weed issue on the second floor is disturbing. And we’re all allergic to it so of course we’re more sensitive. "

"The hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room on a lowered level near the stairs to make it easy for me to take our dogs outside. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The included complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. "
