"Excellent location if you need reliable transportation to and from the airport. We arrived late at night and room service was very accommodating despite us calling so late. We ordered pizza, it was delicious and brought to our room in a very timely manner. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful explaining what all the amenities were. We had a 5 year old with us so he did ok but if you have toddlers, our room had a very large, fancy mirror. Just check out the room just in case your room has one. The room was spacious and the bathroom was soo beautiful! The water pressure in the shower was amazing too. "

"Nice breakfast but one elevator was broken and taking the stairs on the 5th floor was not great because of the smell of pot someone was smoking…… the place is nice but needs some attention on the building. The pool wasn’t open but on the website it said it was."

"I was surprised that there was a $25 fee for the self parking for the 7 hours we were there, and that the "restaurant" was more of a take-away bar. The room was great (but no hairdryer.)"

"Quick turn around stay. Very comfortable stay close to airport with complimentary shuttle service. Staff professional with smooth check in and check out service! Our room was spacious and well staged with a flow that was easy to navigate. The bed was comfortable!"

"Building is next to dept of corrections probation office. Door's were kicked in, wreaks of cigarette, stab marks on bathroom door, rusted and derilict bath tub. We left immediately for another hotel and got our money back. Unless you're desperate, stay anywhere else."

"Adults need a permission slip to bring their food upstairs to their rooms. Beds are hard as steel. Back, side and knee problems ever since. Bed bugs are lethal and we all got bit by something. Not a coincidence that the spray guy came at checkout. Stay here if this is literally yo only affordable choice, but trust me, itz NOT. Homeless vs this then choose this place. Staff was nice to me but not so much to the others. "
