"Great one night stay during our road trip in France. Apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable (even sofa). There is a kitchen area (that we did not use but it looks well equipped). Fast WiFi, good breakfast, friendly staff, large parking. Location is Somewhat in outskirt of the city but it helps to avoid traffic. "

"The hotel is located in an ideal location for great walks in the forest and lakeside. It’s clean and well appointed. Would stay there again but would not fall for the front desk trick! Upon checking in, I asked the reception desk woman if the breakfast was included; she checked our reservation and confirmed breakfast was indeed included. Dropped off the bags and came later in the evening to check in. Again; we asked the night manager if the breakfast was included? The gentleman checked the reservation and confirmed it was… after a 2 night stay checkout; we were charged €76.00 for breakfast. Upon questioning… they refused! This was clearly fraud by the front desk… I’m ok with paying for breakfast… but don’t lie and confirm upon checking in breakfast was included. It’s deceptive and bad business by BEST WESTERN! I have stayed in many of them throughout Europe and particularly enjoyed the one in Avila, Spain. This one in Nantes is a good facility; but the staff is dishonest! "

Idyllic

"Our stay at Denis and Chantal’s home was beyond amazing. The photos of the house does not do it justice, it was like living on the set of a period piece. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 and the kitchen was equipped well enough for us to cook many meals at home. The views of the river were beautiful and every morning we sat outside with our coffee taking in all the sights and sounds. We had a wonderful time playing tennis almost daily and going for walks along the water. We highly recommend that everyone go experience this wonderful property."

"The staff was friendly and helpful but the room was not clean. There were tiny gnats dead in front of the window and in the bathroom. The room was also a bit dusty, as if it hadn't been opened / aired for a while. "
