"Perfect stay in Tlaxcala clean room good breakfast and great concierge service all night and front desk Mrs Cecilia WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this morning she translated for me to the Uber ask me to share my location with her to know that I am safe with my Uber driver. She even took a picture of his license plate. There was confusion about money with my Uber driver along the way and she resolved it. I couldn’t ask for better service. I will definitely be back for another stay because of Cecilia and her staff. DBESS Houston TX"

"HOTEL OVERALL IS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND ITS IN A GOOD LOCATION. THE REASON FOR THE 4/5 STARS IS JUST A COUPLE OF THINGS I DISLIKED. FOR ONE THE ROOM WAS VERY HOT AND THERE IS NO AC OR EVEN A FAN. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT A VERY HOT CITY BUT DURING THE DAY THE ROOM WAS HOT. ALSO THE INTERNET SUCKS. I NEEDED TO WORK AND THE WIFI WOULD NOT REACH MY ROOM. THERE WAS ONLY WIFI IN THE LOBBY. THE RESTAURANTS FOOD HAD REALLY GOOD FLAVOR BUT THE WAITERS ARE A BIT SLOW IN TERMS THAT THERE WAS AT LEAST 4 OF THEM AND ONLY 3 TABLES TO SERVE AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. I ATE THERE 4 TIMES AND EVERY SINGLE TIME MY FOOD WAS COLD."
