"The pool was great . Breakfasts was good . Reception was good. We were two men and needed separate beds, and we were given a room with one king bed for the first two night."

"1. Bathroom is horrible experience. Shower tray leaked badly causing water leaked out like flooding. We nearly slipped and felt. When requesting for changing room, was told all rooms are similar.😒 2.providing the quilt without quilt cover. Seen obviously the yellow marks on quilt. 3. Heating wasn’t working. Whole night throughout freezing. 4.Whole family are aren’t happy for this trip "

Not all the staff speak English, but so far, I did manage to communicate with the night shift attendant, at the day shift attendant was easy, he was fluid in English.
