"Hotel is undergoing refurbishment so it was very noisy. Rooftop pool only accessible by walking up 4 flights of stairs. Housekeeping were not good with replenishing toiletries automatically. We used public transportation to get there, uber. However on the return trip we could not get an uber because they felt the property was way out and kept cancelling our request. The hotel got us one of the local taxis on their taxi list.
