"It’s ok for the one night we stayed. An old hotel that’s changed hand several times. AC was cold, ice machine worked, small breakfast but that’s all I like. Parking is plentiful. Staff was nice. Only negative was the rooms have a smell, probably old carpet but it’s fairly cheap so you get what you pay for."

"I have family in Madisonville and this hotel is my go-to spot every time I'm in town visiting. It's clean, quiet, safe, and centrally located to everything that I need while in the area (stores, food, gas station, etc). There's plenty of parking with none of those sketchy questionable people lurking around the parking lot or hallways or balconies. The AC is always ice cold and there's always plenty of hot water for long showers. The various front desk clerks have always been pleasant with quick and easy check-In. I travel 10 hours from home to get here, so I usually arrive late (around Midnight) and there's always someone at the front desk to greet me... unlike some hotels where you have to ring a bell or call a number to wake someone up to come to the front desk (I hate that)."

"Hidden gem. Very clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast was basic, but did have waffles which were really good. The movie theatre was added plus but we were too tired to take advantage of."
