• The unit does not have a washer/dryer, but for those staying 5 days or more you can have your laundry washed, dried, and folded for you offsite! You must drop-off and pick it up, but with a valid receipt your entire laundry costs and gas money will be reimbursed to you! 🧺👚👖

STAIRS
• Please be advised that there`s about 15 steps outside to get up to the front door of this apartment. This is a two story apartment, so once inside there is another 10 steps to get up to the second floor

SECURITY FIRST 🔒👁️
• We prioritize your safety with a smart-lock entrance and Ring camera system for enhanced security

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 🚪🔒
• Check-in is at 4:00pm (or later, anytime works after since it`s self check-in), check-out is at 11:00am

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property
