Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom apartment, meticulously renovated for a stylish and comfortable stay.
Discover a tastefully decorated interior designed. It includes an inviting living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 comfy double bedrooms, one of which features a convenient desk too.
Located in a traditional Athenian building, it offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience, just steps away from the vibrant energy of Kolonaki's finest restaurants, shops, etc.

This modern and spacious house is very well-located, close to the most popular archaeological sites and museums, with easy access to the best dining and clubbing places in the heart of Athens.
Nearby, there is a plethora of nightlife options, including bars, restaurants, ouzeries, and tavernas (formal and casual). Outdoor seating on pedestrian walks is common, creating a lively atmosphere day and night.
There is a grocery and bakery store within walking distance of the apartment, three pharmacist stores within 500 meters and lots and lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops a breath away.
Check-in is at 15:00 o’clock.
Check-out is at 11:00 o’clock.
