There are two full bathrooms, one of which features a bathtub, and both are stocked with fresh towels, body soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stovetops, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and a dining table, allowing you to prepare meals just like at home. Additional amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, iron, clothing storage, and essentials ensure a smooth and pleasant stay.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the city view. Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
