Welcome to Restful Riverside! Nestled along the banks of the Oconee River, this homey 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers a tranquil and idyllic living experience.

INDOOR LIVING:
- Immediately stepping inside, you'll be welcomed into a warm and inviting living room that has plenty of space to sit back and relax.
- The Roku TV has access to all your favorite channels and streaming services perfect for watching the big UGA games or for a movie night in!
- The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring an induction range and stainless steel appliances, ample storage space, and a convenient eating area for quick meals or casual conversations.
- Right off the dining area, is an extra room that triples as a playroom for your youngsters, an office space equipped with a desk and chair, or a bedroom with a pull-down futon.
- Down the hall of the home, you'll find all 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms.
- The master bedroom serves as a tranquil sanctuary, it provides a cozy and peaceful retreat at the end of a long day.
- The queen bed can be adjusted up or down by remote, ensuring the perfect sleeping position.
- The attached en-suite bathroom adds convenience and privacy, featuring modern fixtures and lots of natural light.
- The other 2 bedrooms consist of a queen bed and a double bed, and they share the hallway bathroom.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
- A large, spacious deck awaits you outside, providing an ideal space for outdoor dining, and entertaining.
- The expansive backyard is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a private oasis where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the river, host gatherings, or simply roast marshmallows over the fire pit in the evening.

GENERAL: Don't forget to feel free to use the front-facing washer and dryer for those last-minute cleans before you pack!

The stove is an induction stove top which means it will heat magnetically, so you will need to use the real metal pots and pans provided. The stove top gets hot QUICK. Please only bump it to the 3 or 4 setting. This home has so much natural light. Conveniently located near amenities and recreational activities, this house on the river provides the perfect balance of peaceful living and accessibility.

We will provide a door code to you the day before or morning of your reservation.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
