"The customer service was excellent. The room was clean and easy access. The only thing I did not like was it’s too loud. Other guest was banging the doors and you can hear it in your room."

"The hotel was clean. We wanted on the first floor so we switched to a queen. The rooms are small. Not a fan of the 100$ incidental fee which isn't reimbursed until after you check out and they make sure you have not damaged anything. Have to wait a few days for that credit to appear. The clerk at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. She helped with our tv and provided helpful dinner options. It is right off the highway so very "
