La struttura è di nuova costruzione moderna ed è confortevole. La zona è centrale e comoda per visitare a piedi Atene. Peccato che appena entri in casa senti un forte odore di fumo impregnato nella tappezzeria. Il divano letto è inutilizzabile in quanto era veramente troppo sporco,la pulizia della casa lascia a desiderare. Il Wi-Fi c’e ma il proprietario non rilascia la password. Un peccato perché con un po’ più di “cura” sarebbe da 5 stelle!
