Nice but could be so much more!

Great location and spacious apt. Owner let me check in early to drop off luggage. However, all but one remote for tv and ac units were missing. Apt. Could use some decor and additional living room seating (had one couch).

This property has great location and potential. However, there is a mold in the bathroom and hallway wall. It smells not good. There is a missing door in shower. The sofa in the leaving room is not pullout sofa it’s just sitting sofa and there is no way you can fit there 6 people. We had a problem with hot water but after technician came this was fixed. Also bad bugs is an issue there. Overall not a great experience

Main shower head leaked but wand worked for what we needed. No response for checkin process until we used WhatsApp to call, messaging and email would have been much more convenient when travelling with wifi or limited data/phone access.

Worst host ever! No communication regarding the check-in. To the point where we thought we had been scammed. Didn't answer the phone. This caused us a lot of stress. We finally received an automated message with check-in instructions, but after the check-in time. Regarding the apartment, no towels. One of the two beds was broken. Lots of dust. And several repairs should be done in this apartment.

I was very disappointed with this experience. The condition of the property wasn’t what I expected. The walls were damaged, stains throughout. The window shutters were damaged and didn’t close fully. Some were even missing. The kitchen needs to be renovated, as the cupboards were in bad condition. The shower head wasn’t working properly and the shower door didn’t close fully causing all the water to splash out on the floor. I don’t recommend bringing your husband and kids!!

Parfait mais avec quelques réparations à prévoir

Appartement très agréable et très bien placé au centre et à proximité du mètro. Quelques équipements sont un peu vétusté mais rien de grave (hormis la paroie de douche qu'il faudrait remplacer). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement.

Bel appartement bien situé

Super localisation, à proximité du quartier Plaka et de la place Syntagma. Grand appartement avec air climatisé. Tranquille le soir. Parfait pour 4 personnes, mais pas l’idéal pour 5 personnes. Il manque une porte à la douche et le pommeau coule mal. Il y a une laveuse sur place qui fonctionne très bien.

L’appartement est très bien situé dans une rue tranquille de Plaka. Il est grand et bien équipé. Les seules choses qui manquaient étaient des linges à vaisselle et quelques condiments de base tels que sel, poivre, huile. La communication avec l’agence responsable a été facile et efficace.
