We loved our stay at M17! Everything was very clean and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. They let us store our luggage before check in and were very prompt to reply and help us on whatsapp. The location is excellent and it is very walkable. There will be some noise depending on what room you get, but my husband and I were not bothered at all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and our hosts were absolutely lovely!

Perfectly located in one of the most convenient areas of Athens, it is the ideal base for exploring the city, everything is just steps away! The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. But what really sets this place apart are the owners – they are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile or a helpful recommendation, they truly made us feel like long-time friends. Wonderful stay at M17. The place is a perfect location to shops and restaurants. The service from Joanne was outstanding. She was very helpful with check in and check out. She even called our taxis to the port and stayed with us until our entire party of 14 people left. Would definitely be staying here again.

The staff was great! They let us drop off our luggage early so we could explore the town. They took our luggage to the room when it was ready. Scheduled a taxi for us when we left for the airport. So many great restaurants and shops nearby. Location is in the best central location for everything within walking distance.

We loved our stay here! Clean, spacious studio with bed, a little table and kitchenette. Location was only a 4 minute walk to Monastiraki Square, tons of shopping, restaurants and views of the Acropolis. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet home base, but close to a busy city environment! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and provided wonderful service and information. This was the perfect place to stay. The location was in walking distance to many restaurants, major shopping, historical locations and the train. The rooms were very nice and clean. There are lady’s at the front desk to meet you during the day and answer any questions and hold your bags until your room is ready. They even put our bags in our room when it was ready If you arrive after hours there are clear instructions on how to get into the building. There’s a nice little market right across the street for essentials. I would definitely stay here again.
