"The air conditioning wasn’t working and the maintenance man doesn’t work weekends. The clerk loaned us a fan and was very friendly but the room was still uncomfortable. There was a storm predicted so the pool was locked all day which was crappy. I want to give a large amount of credits to 2nd shift clerk. I didn’t catch her name but she was phenomenal. I went in there with issues twice and both times she was getting a lot of attitude from two different guys. She handled them very well and remembered me after only checking me in and not having any other interactions. She made the whole stay. "
