It might not look the nicest neighborhood but it is pretty convenient around: good super market, taverns and places to eat if in need to solve around, plus, it is just 2 stations from monastiraki and 5 minutes walk to petralona m1 station. The place is pretty comfortable and nice for up to 6 people(4 adults and 2 kids). Couldn't ask better for our needs

We rented the 4 bed/4.5 bath apartment called Eous, on the top floor, and it was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The apartment has a fully appointed kitchen with everything you need, and the whole apartment is modern and stylish. Each bedroom has a lovely 3 piece bathroom. The decor is fun and interesting with great lighting throughout. Our host Ofeliya was very good with communication and arranged all of our transportation needs from the airport and to the port. There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries nearby so it's very convenient! I really enjoyed our stay here in the Eous apartment, and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 7 nights and there was no housekeeping at all. No one came to refresh the apartment. I tried to connect to host after 3 days and finally got back from her on day 5 that refresh is for euros 30. The housekeeping staff told me that refresh is euros 15. It was expected from us to keep the apartment clean on vacation. There is limit to what we can do as we are there for short period of time and intended to enjoy our stay

Perfect apartment, just a few minute walk from great restaurants, local shops, and train station. Apartment is perfect for three, modern, clean tidy and has great amenities. Ofiliya was a warm host and was quick to respond to any questions. If you are looking to have an authentic Athen’s experience and meet the locals this is a great place to stay. When we visit Athens, Greece again. We would definitely stay at Eos Residence!

Nice apartment for family of 4 with kitchen facilities but no daily cleaning. Close to metro and supermarket. Self check in via passcode was easy. Communication via WhatsApp should have been more timely. Other than that no regrets

Best rooms to stay
Best location you can find in Athens. Only two stops away via metro or 20 minutes by bus. We usually walked and enjoy every bit of moment we spent in local area. Room was clean and well decorated. Owners, managers were very promt and helpful. If we visit again, our accomadation choice is obvious. Lot's of shops and coffee houses not to mention good places to eat nearby.

Eos was a wonderful little place to call home for a couple of weeks. Just minutes from a grocery store and the Metro line, and not even a minute from an excellent restaurant (Best Taste). Clean and secure and nicely appointed inside, many appliances were provided, and after a little experimentation, we got the stove and over working Only minor things to note, the aforementioned restaurant has a very busy delivery service and the motorcycles ran by loudly and frequently to get to the next order into the wee hours. The window shutter-guard did a very good job of muffling most of it, and we were often so tired from seeing the city that we slept through it. Also there is nowhere to unpack your clothes, no small chest of drawers or hangers. Like I said, only minor inconveniences and I would still recommend this property highly to anyone that asked 😊

Really liked it. I was there from 30th of april until 7th of May! It was small but enough for me because I was just alone ! You could cook there, had a laundry machine, 2 sets of towels maybe the only thing I would say could be better is maybe have a hanger or something for jackets, and I was on the ground floor so I didn't have balcony that was the only thing that bothered me but else was just perfect ! It was a great location. supermarket nearby and the train station just 2 stops from monastiraki. Also had a great hostess named Eva she was very friendly ! If there was anything she was happy to help, I got very anxious because the safe wasn't open and apparently it had to be restored so she sent a man right away the morning after and that was some young man called Jeff he was very nice and he was very quick solving this problem ! Never had it again it just needed a reset! Thanks so much I recommend and will come again x

Très belle endroit. Près du métro et d’une grosse épicerie. Bon restaurant à moins de cent mètre. Bien rénové et pratique. La seul chose que j’ai été déçu c’est notre balcon qui était une cour intérieure non attirante et j’ai eux de la difficulté à communiquer avec l’établissement. Ci je retourne à Athènes il y a de très fortes chances que je réserve à nouveau à cette endroit.
