Vrbo messed up

The appointment was ok. Clean with many amenities, superb location, just few minutes walk from Acropolis. The only negative thing was probably the couch which was broken and we had to use it because we were 2 grownups with kids. The biggest issue though was the way to get this appointmen. The owner didn't respond to my two messages and the phone number displayed there was from another person! This is clearly Vrbo's fault and despite their useful chat help, the number they provided was wrong. I managed to find the right number on my own and got the right owner to tell me how to get the key from the appointment eventually. Not so happy woth my first Vrbo experience, hope they get better in the future.
