Location was good for access to central city. Good tavernas & beverages nearby. Unit could have been cleaner and AC in main room did not work. Tough when temps reached 30 during day & did not cool off much at night. Thank goodness for the second AC unit in bedroom.

There was no ability to communicate with the property management people. We had a couple of issues with the property and were not able to get resolution. The property itself was great once you get inside. There was graffiti and other signs that made it appear unsafe. We had no issues with people. There are nice restaurants nearby also.

The apartment itself was great. Only issue was the check in process. It was so hard to find the place and it wasn’t well designated.

It was a nice room and great balcony but there were some stains on the sheets and the dishes were not completely clean when I got there. There was no clear sign for the entry to the property and the directions to enter the room and get the key were unclear. It was a nice surprise that there was an elevator as I was on the 5th floor

Didn’t look like the picture on website but clean

Apartment was ready early (13:00 when we arrived) which was great. We only needed a room for a few hours to rest and store luggage since we were taking a ferry at 21:00. However the room was tiny, there was barely space to open our luggage. The room on the picture showed a sofa and a table as well so I thought we could sit down comfortably other than sit on the bed. On a positive note the bathroom was clean and location was central. 10 minutes walk to monastiriki metro. Beware there is a separate cleaning fee.

I couldn't even get into the room because I was trapped for 40 minutes in the elevator, which is very small, no one helped me, I was screaming and the building was empty. It is located in a terrible place, it takes time to find it, they charge you for mandatory services that they had not told you about, they do not comply with the check in and check out time. I would never get close again

There was a problem with the aircondition. it was licking water. as a results i could hear the drops of water all night throughout and i coudlnt sleep. The system for hot water was not working. i was clicking on the button and waiting for hot water for 20-30 minutes but nothing was happening. There was hot water only when there was sun. lastly the curtains where damaged. it seems that they were pulled down and some of the hangers that were hanged by, broke. as a result the light was comming in and as soon as the sun was up i couldnt sleep anymore

Positivo: cerca de toda la oferta cultural. Silencioso. Muy bien comunicado con aeropuerto. Negativo: muy, muy frío. Imposible calentar con el aire acondicionado poco potente. No existe frigorìfico, no hay cafetera, no funciona el calentador de agua, no hay microondas ni secador. Y lo peor, peor, es que en esas condiciones, cobran 25 euros por dìa por limpieza. Excesivo.

The property manager was very friendly, and responsive!! However, the property is not as described. Photos of the property looked so much better on photos than in reality - broken tiles, missing shower doors, water damage due to leaving water, wires from the walls(?), ripped window curtains… and dirty shower walls and doors, sheets with stains…

L’appartement est au centre d’Athènes, nouveau, les parties communes sont encore en travaux, mais l’appartement est très bien. Moderne et propre. Le lit ultra confortable et le grand balcon est super.
