So pleasant to be in a quiet neighborhood close to a few nice cafes and casual restaurants. Then a few blocks further and you are in the main Plaka shopping district, then a few more steps to Acropolis. Very very convenient. The national gardens and metro are about 10minutes walk away. Alfred was a wonderful host.

The room was big, very comfortable and clean. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood, in a quiet street and near the subway station.

We stayed in one of the semi basement apartment out of two . There are two more floors above us . This is the mixed neighborhood with working Greece people living here , safe and quiet. This is a small three room apartment with living room, bed room, small kitchen with refrigerator and electric oven . The bathroom is small but functional. There are three areas that could be improved for better stay: 1. Living room couch is dated and need either new cover or replacement. 2. Since the unit is semi basement , humidity is high and we could smell musty air . This could be mitigated by putting a portable dehumidifier in the bedroom . 3. The bathroom has smell from the sewer pipe and we let the fan running to eliminate it. We would stay at this property in the future at other floors. Hope this help.

Perfect little appartment.

Very nice appartment with very service-minded and helpfull manager. Location was great and for me this kind of accomodation is much more comfortable and relaxing than a standard hotelroom. Quiet and with walking distance to Metro and the sights around the Acropolis. Strongly recomended.

We stayed in this place twice before and love it. The area is handy for everything and gas a number on non-touristy eateries and cafes around. The staff are great, friendly, and efficient. I'd always stay there again.

I really enjoyed this stay and the hotel manager was extremely helpful and kind. Always there to assist in the best possible way. Real Athens Apartment

Great location in a neighborhood with actual living, working Athenians. It may appear out of the way at first, but once you get the lay of the land you realize it’s a short walk to the Acropolis and the museums. Only criticism was the shower door was impossibly close to the toilet.

Absolutely beautiful! Loved staying here, it was such a lovely apartment and Albert was amazing with his recommendations for restaurants cafes and where to go within the city. We only stayed for 2 nights but staying here made us wish we stayed longer! Was a great location too very close to restaurants to walk and the acropolis. Highly recommend staying here in Athens!

Quick 2 day stay

The man who walked us to our room was really helpful and he offered to carry our luggage up to our room. Location was great for what we wanted to do. We walked to different dinner spots and everything was convenient.

Very convenient location in a very safe area. Albert is just a wonderful person, so helpful and kind! We felt at home, it’s very comfortable, well lit and very clean. Easy to get a taxi from two blocks down the street. It’s about six euro charge to get to Plaka or surrounding area. You can’t beat this location. We did use the parking for twenty euros which was very safe if you have a nice car that you don’t want to park on he street. Thank you Albert we hope to see you soon!

Absolutely loved this place! Great location! Great space! The recommendations from the staff were so appreciated-we enjoyed them. We were able to walk to everything so easily and loved how quiet the area was compared to other areas we saw. I would highly recommend the area. The courtyard is also such a nice quiet space to enjoy the morning or evening after a long day of walking around. This place is a true gem! Thank you!
