Very happy with our stay. The apartment was well-appointed, comfortable, clean and perfectly located for our needs, although next to a very busy road with lots of fumes and noise. It was handy to have the metro station just opposite. We arrived late at night and the arrangements for access and self check-in were very helpfully communicated. To improve, it would have been helpful to have some basic complementary provisions in the kitchen such as bottled water, and maybe something to give the kids breakfast in the morning such as a packet of croissants, dry toast and jam, etc. Also, the apartment has a washing machine but it wouldn't be worth buying a packet/bottle of washing detergent for a two night stay; perhaps there could be a small bottle of washing liquid provided?

Perfect place for a family of four. The area has some convenience stores but not many restaurants etc. However the Metro station is just across the road so it doesn’t take long to get to other areas with good bars and restaurants. Great view of the Parthenon!

We loved our 8-night stay at Athens Heartbeat! It was very convenient to be across the street from the metro, while we also enjoyed walking from the neighborhood to the Acropolis area and other sites. A favorite experience was the three times we walked up Philopappos Hill for sunset. There's also a bus nearby that goes to the beach in 30 minutes, although we didn't make it this time. Restaurants and coffee are also good and plentiful in the area. Highly recommend this apartment for an Athens base, with lots of space to relax and spread out between sightseeing bouts.

Fab location!
We have just returned from a 5night stay in this apartment. Check in instructions were clear and communication was good. We used the taxi transfer on offer and our drivers were prompt and friendly. The apartment was a little home from home! Clean and quiet and in the best location for walking to all the main attractions and sights. We would highly recommend a stay here! Athens Heartbeat is located within walking distance of most attractions, and is conveniently opposite a metro station. The property is clean, with amenities (washer/dryer, heater, kitchen, refrigerator) all in good condition. We liked everything about this property and loved our week in Greece because of it! Communication was 100% from Iliana. The apartment was spotless and the rooms were perfect for my wife, two boys, and I. It had every amenity you would need and wasn’t cluttered. She supplied Tea, coffee, sugar, Laundry soap, shampoo, oil to cook, and more. We had no clue you could see the Acropolis from our balcony until the second night when I decided to glance to the right, my jaw almost hit the ground. I don’t even remember this being advertised. It is lit up and looks amazing. The boys loved the elevator and having Netflix/YouTube during our breaks. The security was top notch. The area had everything from little bakery’s, restaurants, markets, and grocery/convenient stores. The Metro is across the street and 1 stop from Acropi and 2 stops from all the city centre madness. Close enough to walk and enjoy but far enough to relax. We are in Spain missing Greece! Our Dublin and Barcelona apartments were not as advertised and disappointing. Athens Heartbeat is exactly what you see in the pictures and more. Yes we will be telling all our family and friends to stay there when in Athens. We hope to be back to stay there again and visit the Islands in the summer next year! Trying to find a negative. the foyer of the block was the only part we didn’t love but only saw it for a minute a day. Thank you so much Iliana for making our trip to Greece wonderful!

One of the best stays in Europe! I had the whole apartment to myself. I was able to fully relax and unwind. I used their washer/ dryer which was awesome. Great and easy communication with the host. Within 2 minutes walking distance from subway. Also lots of great places to see within walking distance. There's no doubt I will be back here again.

My stay at Athens heartbeat was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable with 2 balconies. It was also right near a nice square to get meals from and across the street from a tram and metro stop which was one stop away from the Acropolis. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Athens.
