Acropolis Koukaki Luxury Loft with private garden

Situated at the ground floor of a marble neoclassical building, the Acropolis Koukaki Loft has been completely renovated at the end of May 2018. It has a unique decoration that combines modern and classic style to make guests feel at home. Its additional advantage is its beautiful, quiet garden where guests can have their breakfast or enjoy a drink after a long walk.

The stylish loft has been fully equipped for every need. The spacious and luxurious living room includes a flat screen TV with satelite and cable channels including Netflix, a quality, big, sofa that can be used as a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking amenities, including a toast maker, a sandwich maker, a mixer, a squeezer, pots and pans of all sizes, coffee, tea, olive oil etc. The sitting area includes a working station, a mini-bar and an expandable sofa bed with a new quality mattress that can be turned into a comfortable double bed or two single beds. The bathroom has a first aid kit and free toiletries. At the upper floor, the double bed has a new quality mattress and big closets with many hangers. All mattresses and pillows are covered in protectors and high quality linen and towels have been chosen. Free high speed Wi-Fi is provided at all areas.

The Acropolis Koukaki Loft is located at 46 Zacharitsa st. at the picturesque Koukaki area. The metro station Syggrou-Fix is 400m away. The area is well connected by metro, trolley buses, buses, trams-which can take you to the lovely Athenian beaches as well as taxis which can take you everywhere at very affordable prices. The nearest aiport is the Elefthérios Venizélos Airport and the nearest big port is the Port of Pireaus. There is free private parking on-site which can be availiable to you upon request.

Perfect place for traveling with kids or group, location is excellent with short walk to the acropolis all the restaurants and museums are around you The place is very clean and roomy making you feel at home ,with a private outdoor garden perfect for relaxing. Great place!

The place was lovely. The owner was so welcoming and nice. She had some snacks and a bottle of wine ready for us when we got there. The little courtyard was a plus for us to seat down and relaxe.

Central Location

The apartment was awesome! It was very spacious and very clean! The location was in walking distance to many attractions (Acropolis, Plakka, Syntagma Square). Our host iloli was amazing!!! Amazing stay

The host is so wonderful. She had great communications from the beginning and throughout. She allowed us to check in early once the apartment was ready. Apartment is very cute and has everything a family needs. Lots of nice touches that you don't have in other properties. Location is amazing. 7 minute walk to the Acropolis and Plakka. Slept 5 people comfortably. Great find in the middle of the city.

Wonderful Stay in Athens!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay on in this well-appointed apartment. Ioli, the host, was extremely welcoming, and excellent communicator, informed of us of all the local restaurants, events, and places to visit during our stay. The loft-style apartment had everything that we needed and more - and looks and feels as advertised. It is extremely spacious, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and the hot shower was fantastic! The outdoor courtyard was very quiet and peaceful and made for relaxing morning lounging with our coffee. The property is conveniently located very close to Plaka and the Acropolis (10 minute walk) and many of the historical sites and museums in the city. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to couples and small families when visiting Athens.

One Night Stay in Athens

Got a chance to visit Athens during a work trip to Greece. I found this spot last minute, and the hostess was incredibly friendly and flexible. She had great information on the local area, and had good recommendations for local restaurants and bars. I stayed during the winter, but her backyard looked beautiful to enjoy during the summer.

Short and Sweet Stay

This property is so beautiful and the area is not so busy.We only spend two night, wish we could have spend longer. Ioli was so lovely, she was so accommodated to our early check-in. Amazing!!

Ioli is a suber host and made our family feel so comfortable. Our plane was super delayed, but Ioli waited up for us to check us in and give us a quick tour. She had so many touches to make everything very comfortable. The house is close to the acropolis and the neighborhood Plaka. Stay here for your next trip!

The Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved the location and the exceptional service! Ioli was extremely helpful, including connecting us with a friend that provided transportation to and from the airport. The apartment is located within 15 min of the Acropolis but in a local neighborhood. There is an amazing farmer's market every Friday on the street outside and the restaurants within a few blocks are delicious and affordable! We love the local experience and this was the perfect spot!
