Check in was not good. Got dropped off by taxi. Door is locked. No Acropolis Suites sign on door. Only thing to confirm location is building number. Pressed Bill and John buzzer. No phone number to call. I am from US and Wi-Fi not connected so unable to communicate. A hotel around the corner was most helpful giving Wi-Fi connection. After a couple of emails and phone call by hotel staff finally see a real person. He stored our luggage and said to come back at four. Came back at four and waits 15 minutes. Did not have any indication this is a vacation rental and not a hotel. No lobby and staff to help. No phone number. Only email connection through Expedia. We would have been totally lost without nearby hotel staff to help and museum to spend time. Very frustrating. Don’t know why Expedia provided this type of place when I was searching through their website for a hotel.
