"The Chatzigaki Manor is unquestionably one of the finest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of visiting, and that list includes many 5* chains on many continents.
From the moment we arrived at 9:00pm, we enjoyed flawless customer service. The gentleman who checked us in also helped us park and take the luggage to our room. "Ours staying in fretzato hotel was nice, it is located in beautiful mountain village. Very helpful and nice staff, we got many useful advices about activities in Elati area. They tried make out staying as much comfortable as possible. And most exiting was sitting near fireplace in the room."
