"There was no one onsite when I arrived a little past 5 (reception off at 5pm), I had no internet (no place to buy SIM card nearby) and a lady across the street helped me to call but no one answered. It got me a bit worried being in San Jose after dark; wish entry instruction was communicated beforehand. Eventually I got in contact with the owner and the night shift staff onsite, Dyla, was AMAZING! The place is clean but no window in the room except for an opening towards the hall. I saw no one...

"Really good place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of the city where the locals are. Even with the hustle and bustle of the area really quite hotel. I stayed in the hostel which is good for 1 or 2 nights. Was also allowed to check in early. Museums are really close to the hotel. As well as el mercado central. "

"Location was good for needing to get to airport quickly. Upon initial entry to room everything looked nice and clean. Dropped luggage and then promptly left to see friend. When returning later found that the sheets were covered in hairs...probably dog or cat, at least that is what I hope it was. Grossed out but it was late at night and not in mood to have it changed. Swapped beds with friend."

"We were in Grecia to celebrate our anniversary and visit friends. Villa Cipreses was an oasis in a hot and humid land. Our room was dated but clean and although they advertised air conditioning there was none. Fortunately we had our own fan with us so we were able to stay comfortable. The restaurant was great and we enjoyed the overall beauty of the blue hydrangeas and other plantings on the property. the owners of the property seem surprised when we arrived but they did provide accommodations...

"So I got in at 10PM on a Friday. Dropped my bags and wanted to go hit a bar. Alexis gave me a place called Santos in the same area of Escazu. While taking an uber home, I left my phone in the uber upon getting back to the Hostel. Alexis was so helpful the next day. He made sure to get in contact with the Uber driver as well as the bar owner. The uber driver did not find my Phone at first. "It was amazing hostel! I can't think of anything significant enough to complain about. The bed is SUPER soft! One of best hostel bed in my two years of traveling. There are outlet available on each bed which is useful. It's really beautiful too. One of most beautiful hostel I stayed in my two years. The service is great too. They are very nice people as well they try their best to adapt to your need. As I don't eat some specific food, they offered me a toasted bread with avocado for breakfast....

"The first impression of this very unique house was pure excitement. Loved the unusual layout and the perfect views from every angle.
