"We stayed at the property for one night after a sports event. Jed was great to deal with and always prompt in returning emails and answering questions, he went out of his way to help and let us park our race car inside the shed as the car does not lock and we were concerned it might attract unwanted attention. rooms very clean and tidy and a good shower. ten out of ten from me."

"Seascapes is just that - a lovely house with a private garden overlooking the sea. It is, though, a bit tired and could do with a refresh. For the price paid, it could do with two full bathrooms and a dishwasher"

Was lovely to find milk and drinks in fridge and chocolates and cookies provided. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Walking distance to Monteith’s brewery where we had a fabulous evening. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Loved the location of this hotel. Lovely room equipped with everything we needed. Situated on the beach just down the road from Pancake Rocks, well worth a visit. Would recommend to anyone wanting to spend some time in the area. Ate dinner at their restaurant as there is not much around as an alternative, it was lovely just a little expensive but considering how remote it is, it was expected. Loved that the beach was at our door step"
