"It was a clean and comfortable stay, conveniently located near the station and convenience stores, with friendly staff. You can ship your suitcase to the airport via the Kuroneko Yamato service inside the station, and the Tully's Coffee on the ground floor is a lovely space—this is also where you can pick up your complimentary breakfast."
"Nice staff, but not so easy to get to it.
First thing first. We drove to this hotel in Atami City. However this place was up on the hill, and tough to find and reached for foreigners like us. If you plan to go there by train, you may need to call a uber, otherwise you might have a very hard time to get there…
Other than that, the place is a little old, and smelly. Our kids didn’t like it much.
On the other hand, the owner/staff was very friendly! Also telling us to reach to them anytime (24/7)...
