"酒店位置很偏僻，关键旁边就是陵园/墓地，而这一事实在Hotels.com上并没有披露。我们在抵达时发现，进入酒店首先需要经过这个陵园/墓地。房间里面非常阴冷，我们的第一反应就是应该尽快离开。随后我们联系司机接我们第一时间离开了酒店。强烈不建议选择这家酒店。此外，说一下Hotels.com，虽然我们在第一时间联系了Hotels.com的客服，并向客服人员反馈了以上事实，要求Hotels.com免费取消房间。我们按照客服人员的要求提供了相关照片。但遗憾的是Hotels.com并没有跟进处理退款，而是非常不负责任且简单粗暴的回答“根据协议无法免费取消”。 The hotel is located in a remote area, with a cemetery/burial ground nearby, which is not disclosed on Hotels.com. Great place to stay

"understated luxury, the superior room had more than enough space to accommodate 2 guests, perhaps too much for one person but it was a great experience. The room was cleaned everyday to original state when we first entered the room on the first day. The lobby staff was very helpful and over all we had a great time in Kamakura thanks to all the hotel staff."

"We loved the onsen experience. We had never done it before and they had a “lesson” for onsen etiquette which was helpful. It was very clean and relaxing. It was nice to have a free ice cream every day after bathing at the onsen, and fun to walk around the property in our hotel robes. The only issue we had was 2 little kids running around and talking loudly in the onsen bath area which was disruptive, but not the hotel’s fault. "

Must stay in Hakone for a Japanese experience

"Beautiful onsen, very hiddrn and quiet. Seems like an authentic Japan experience for foreign travelers. Wonderful private hot spring baths. Choice of western or Japanese slerping arrangements. Ie. Beds or futon mats on real tatami floors. The dinner and breakfast alone are worth the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially when navigating cultural differences. "
