"Amazing stay, wish we'd stayed more than one night. Easy to get to with the train and shuttle bus, but I'd recommend sending your luggage ahead of time as the train and shuttle have limited space and get busy. Great buffet food, but limited vegetarian options for my wife."

"The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. However, it was overpriced for what it offered. The only amenity was the onsen bath, which had separate facilities for men and women, so we couldn’t enjoy it together as a family. Overall, the experience did not justify the high price, and we felt we didn’t get good value for the money."

"This stay was excellent, the location and onsens were incredible. From the private onsen in your room to the public onsen, it was a great experience. If you can absolutely recommend you take the meal option it's incredible for dinner and breakfast in the ryokan."

"Outstanding stay- staff went above and beyond to make sure we were good. View from our deck was stunning. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The indoor Onsen was amazing. I wish we could have booked another night. Thank you for your service !"

"This is a beautiful hotel with good rooms and a communal Onsen with good views of Atami’s beach and the bay or ocean. Their policies are rigid! They will let no one. check in before 3 pm. That policy is extremely frustrating for guests who arrive before 3. No flexibility. The nightly rates are way too high. Still, a good hotel with eager staff to assist you. ."

"The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We loved the food and the overall experience, definitely a 10/10 all around and one of the best parts of our trip to Japan."
