隠れ家として★★★★ マイナスは、立地上散策コースが近くになくて、体を動かす施設もない。食事の食材はまあまあ充実。トロや和牛の油がしつこい。出汁はすごい濃く美味しい。時間的に混み合う時間があって、せかされた。

居心地の良い旅館

評判通りの素敵な旅館でした。彼女が「（ここに泊まることが）憧れなんだ～」と言っていたので内緒で予約し連れてきました。想像以上に大喜びしてくれて、自分もとても嬉しかった。旅館内は出来るだけ他の宿泊者とかち合うことが無いように工夫されており、当日は満室のはずだが殆どかち合うことが無かった。食事も感動するレベルで彼女はご飯がおいしいと言っていた。炊き方を工夫されているのだろうと思われる。勿論ご飯以外のおかずも良かった。部屋は広さ・快適さ・備品等々値段以上のものを感じた。客室内の風呂や大浴場の風呂も快適でした。サービス面も一人ひとりきっちりと仕事をされており、問題ないと思われる。また来たいと思わせる旅館でした。

虫が、、

系列の箱根の旅館に数年前に行き、とても良かったので今回は熱海の方にお邪魔しました。食事は美味しく、アメニティも豊富。無料サービスのドリンクも良いチョイスです。 ただ部屋のベッドで寝転んでいたら、天井に芋虫がはっていて大変驚きすぐにコンシェルジュに連絡しとってもらうことがありました。 また朝食時のハーブティーにはコバエが浮いていて、これまた驚きすぐ替えてもらいました。 その都度すぐに対応していただきましたが、天井にまた虫が出てきて寝ている上に降ってきたらと思うと、正直ゆっくり休むことはできませんでした。 そしてチェックアウト時もそれらの件のお詫びはなく、せっかくの良い点も霞んでしまいました。 このクラスの旅館であれば、もう少し丁寧な接客があってもよいのではないでしょうか。 もう一点、妊娠している旨伝えていましたが、デカフェばかり多くするのではなく、ルイボスティーや黒豆茶などノンカフェインのお茶も準備いただけると親切かと思います。
