Persona de contacto muy desagradable. El acceso mediante código funciona fatal. No nos ayudaron para alargar la estancia. Trato pésimo. Apartamento grande y agradable pero no repetiré por el personal ni por la falta de organización y tiempo de espera que perdí de mi viaje por su ineficacia."

"De foto’s gaven een andere indruk van het appartement. Het was erg klein met een bed in de keuken. Binnen geen gelegenheid om te eten. De badkamer heeft een renovatie beurt nodig. De communicatie verliep vrij goed tot en met het inchecken op berichten na het inchecken werd niet meer gereageerd. De ligging van het appartement is erg goed voor een bezoek aan centrum Cartagena. "
