"W had a 3 night stay ...the hotel is old and the rooms are decent. Maid service never showed during our stay. On the upside, its super "on the beach" location makes it worth while. Beaches are not crowded and are some of the best on the east coast Overall, it's a reasonable priced Inn and nice staff"

"The pool and property are beautiful extremely well kept. My husband andI enjoyed our mini vacation!! The suite had everything we needed. It was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the pool and had a beach view. The sunrise sky this morning was beautiful!"

"We’ve been going to LBTS for years. Stayed in several different condos in Heron Marsh. This was the best location!! Easy walk to the pool and beach and right on the lake. If you enjoy fishing, we caught some flounder right behind the condo. The owners (Stewart & Alexandra) checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very nice couple! Planning on staying there again next trip to Litchfield!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse. The location of this unit is great, tucked toward the end near Starbucks with a beautiful view overlooking the ponds. We especially enjoyed sitting outside and watching the turtles, fish and even the occasional alligator. It was a peaceful setting and one of our favorite parts of the stay.The unit itself was comfortable, although we thought it felt a little cluttered compared with other Summerhouse units we have stayed in. We were also surprised that there was only one bed, as many of the Summerhouse units we have stayed in previously had two queen beds. I was traveling with my mom, so I gave her the bed and picked up an air mattress. It actually worked out perfectly and fit nicely in the living room.A few basic supplies were limited or missing, including paper towels and dish soap, so we made a quick trip to the store and restocked some of the essentials. Nothing that seriously affected our stay, but having those basics available upon arrival would have been helpful.Working with Tidelife Vacation Rentals was a great experience. The team was easy to work with, friendly, responsive and very helpful throughout the process.Summerhouse itself is a great location, with the beach about a half-mile walk away and access to the amenities throughout Litchfield By The Sea. Between the location, pond views, beach access and overall experience, we felt it was a good value and would recommend it to others."

"Property was clean and well appointed for our visit. The balcony looked out over the beach providing a magnificent view that we enjoyed daily. A minor issue was noted but really did not impact our stay. We never could get the TV in the main bedroom to work but TVs in the living room and other rooms worked. Our visit was short (3 days) but enjoyable. We would stay here again during a future stay to Pawleys Island."
