Ailece 5 kişilik odada kaldık. Sabah Samsun’da olmamıza rağmen giriş yapmamız için yardımcı oldular,çoğu otel bunu asla yapmıyor. Personel oldukça güler yüzlü ve çözümcü idi. Kahvaltı oldukça güzeldi. Yumurta,patates,peynir çeşitleri,börek,salatalar bile vardı. Yorumlarda daha basit kahvaltı yazmasına rağmen bir çok çeşit vardı. Odalar ve çarşaflar temizdi.Klima iyi çalışıyordu ve sıcak su mevcuttu.Ailece memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler Ata Otel .

İlk kez konakladık gayet memnun kaldık odamız geniş sıcak ve temizdi hiç bir eksik yoktu kahvaltı çok çeşitli değildi fakat olması gereken herşey vardı yönetim ilgiliyliydi kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık

Ontbijt mag nog iets meer uitgebreid zijn. Airco op familiekamer was onvoldoende om volledige kamer te koelen. Voor de rest alles prima in orde.

Otele girişte sıkıntı yaşadık iki defa ıda değiltirdik Otel de bir düzensizlik ve kontrolsüzlük var ( ilk oda da yatak arızalıydı ikinci odada duşa kabin kırıktı vs ) Temizlik kötüydü Halılar,duvarlar,banyo kirli idi ( oda süpürgelik üstlerinde hala inşaat kirleri duruyordu ) Kahvaltı güzeldi Mutfak personeli gayretli ve iyiydi Otelin FİYAT & KALİTE dengesi iyiydi.

Odaya geceninbir vakti giren oldu!!!

Giriş sırasında ücreti de ödenmiş rezervasyonumuza rağmen aslında odamız yok diyen bir otel. En önemlisi de gecenin bir vakti odaya 2 kişinin girmesi!!!! Bu nedenle özellikle kadınlar için güvenli olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Her an odanıza birileri gecenin bir vakti çat diye girebilir. Böyle terbiyesizlik olmaz.. Kişisel alana saygı sıfır! İlettiğimizde de teknik servistir diyip geçiştirdiler özür dahi dilemediler. Verdikleri kart da odanın kapısını açmıyor.
