"CLARIFICATION: We arrived in to Fenti Nubian Resort in the morning on May 1, after been picked up on time by it’s hotel shuttle on our arrival, thanks. Then, once in the hotel, our plans changed and we had to move away to Aswan city, using their shuttle again, thanks. We NEVER did check-in in the Fenti Nubian because we had to leave about 10:30AM, no check-in time yet. Therefore, we neither did not make a check-out. I talked to the manager Sarah and let her know to consider our reservation like a NO SHOW, and receive the payment from Expedia for a no show situation, because was our fault to leave and change plan. The attention from her and the staff was excellent, and the hotel conditions were very good. It was simply a change of plan from us, no hotel’s fault. Again, we never were officially like guests at the Fenti Nubian Hotel. And again, we can suggest this hotel for whoever interested into pass a good time in Aswan."

"All was excellent at this hotel. From receptionist to all the rest of the staff, either room caregivers and food service in the great restaurant by the Nile River. We are completed satisfied with all. Great hotel at great price in Aswan by the Nile. I recommend it to everyone."

"The hotel view is very beautiful Nile river view. Despite it is not very easy to access, taxi services is available. There are stairs in front of the reception, but staff were nice to carry our baggage. When we left we were in a rush, so they packed breakfast for us. Very clean room. Worth the price. "

"It was one night family stay in Marhaba Hotel. The staff was amazing, extremly kind, very helpful. We loved the swimming pool, my kids enjoyed it very much. The food served for breakfast was local, so if someone is not keen on it and wants something more " European ", unfortunately the choice is very limited. The hotel is situated right next to a very noisy road and there is some building/ renovation work going on on the side. As we were led to our room, it appeared the air-conditioning was faulty . It had a large balcony with the view on the Nile ( and the road as well, which you dont see looking at the profile pictures on the webside) . We were moved to another room, with a working air-conditioning but a tiny side balcony facing building side. We were not happy with that so the management offered 2 smaller rooms including one for smokers ( the smell of cigarettes was very strong, ash tray in the room) As we travelled as a family with 2 autistics kids, we insisted on one room. There was no other choice, only the family room without view, with a tiny balcony facing a wall and building side., even thought we had paid for a big family room with a view on the Nile. I understand, that the hotel is situated next to a dusty , busy road, , but the level of dust in the room was unacceptable. The toilet was dirty with unpleasant brownish marks. Unfortunately, we had an awful, noisy night. "
