"The hotel is very well located in a pleasant area, within walking distance of two shopping malls, a movie theater Cinemark, restaurants, and pharmacy. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would especially like to thank Ángel, who helped me with check-in and assigned me a room before the hotel's stipulated check-in time. The room's air conditioning only works for heating; the room is small, and the bathroom is outdated. The sound of other rooms' doors closing could be heard. Breakfast was good and varied. "
