"Cool, hip and trendy shipping container building. This was a pleasant surprise. Lovely location and the sea lions were a funny bonus. Great menu items at the restaurant. (Fell in love with the mushroom tart). Would stay again."

"I called because there was a big chance I was going to be there about 10. The front desk person was super kind and helpful. I ended up getting there right before 10. I also asked about a store and they directed me to one. The facility is a little older, but clean and the bed was VERY. Comfortable."

"Don't let the streetside appearance of the property sway your decision to visit. Once they complete all the landscaping and sign appearance certainly will enhance the entrance. Staff always asked us if we needed anything during our stay. Views from our 2nd floor river view room and balcony were fabulous. Complete with Binoculars in the rooms to watch ship movements along the columbia river. Although the beds were low and a bit uncomfortable the pillows and overall room and property cleanliness was excellent. We will stop in again if we travel thru Astoria."

"The location was extremely close to everything in walking distance. The staff were really nice. Breakfast nothing special, just your regular American fixings. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom clean. My only problem was the A/C making so much noise. We came during a heatwave, and I had to use my earplugs to sleep with that noise. Hopefully heating system is more quiet for those traveling in winter. The bonus was the rooftop terrace. Nobody was up there when I went and enjoyed the panoramic views of the city while relaxing in a chaise-long."
