"We have been visiting Oxford for 3 years now since our daughter has been studying at the University. This place far outshines any of the other VRBO listings that we have rented. Very clean, spacious, plenty of facilities for a family to also host guests and friends to attend graduations, get togethers, sporting events etc. Hosts are excellent and work hard to make you feel comfortable and have an enjoyable stay!"

"The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. We didn't mind the lack of tv as it encouraged us to really venture out and explore the Cotswolds. Church Hanborough is also a lovely village to explore on foot from the property, though you need to drive a few minutes for other services. "Such an incredible cottage in the most serene little village of Great Tew. I had no idea how amazing this little village was and the cottage was absolutely fantastic and luxurious in every way. Such amazing touches and this thatched roof old cottage was so beautiful. Rosie was very helpful and courteous and offered great suggestions. We could’ve stayed for weeks! This is a quiet and spectacular location to explore the Cotswolds and honestly the village of Great Tew has an excellent breakfast...

"Relatively easy to find and 2 parking spaces really handy. Found kitchen items bit sparce no cafetiere tin opener or corkscrew. When we booked dishwasher was in the description but there wasnt one a few things broken and no plug so bath unusable. Automatic air fresher not suitable for anyone with allergies. Bit disappointed for the cost."

"We had a great stay! The owners are very helpful. The property is such a great conversion and had everything we needed. We slept very well, really comfy beds. Brilliant location, just around the corner from some great places to eat. There's also an M&S Food over the road! "

"House was great for large group- lots of room. Everything is new and well kept. The host were beyond kind and helpful in every way!!! Close walk to store, train station and restaurants. Highly recommend!! "

"A lovely place to stay outside of the bustle of Burton on the Water! A peaceful back lawn where we would spend our evenings recapping the day with a glass of wine and charcuterie. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Freddie was a great host!"
