WellHome "Ruchè" Apartment

WellHome is a home holidays consisting of 5 apartments on the first floor of the same building.

All apartments are independent and overlook a large terrace with garden for the exclusive use of guests. Each apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with equipped kitchen, a very comfortable sofa (which becomes a comfortable bed for two people), a bathroom and a private terrace.

Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Asti.

We are a 7/10 minute walk from the historic center of Asti, easily reachable after leaving the car in the square below the house with free parking.

Tranquility and independence a few steps from the city center.



Accommodation with independent access, on the first floor of the building, only stairs (no lift).

Check in: from 3.00 pm Check out: before 11.00 am Possibility of early check in and late check out based on availability and with payment of a supplement. On request and if available a garage with daily supplement. Tourist tax 2 per night, with a maximum of 4 nights per adult, children up to 10 years do not pay it. To be paid upon arrival at the property. Pets are allowed on request and there is a surcharge.

Free street parking; Breakfast bar downstairs; Wednesday and Saturday there is the market right in the square next to the house; 5 minutes walk from the train station and supermarket; 10 minutes walk to the center, attractions and museums; a few minutes by public transport from the UNESCO protected wine landscapes ... Each accommodation is equipped with: Linen and towels; Independent heating, air conditioners, mosquito nets and electric shutters; Fully equipped kitchen, with crockery, plates and glasses; TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board Slippers and bathroom supplies; Coffee, coffee and tea machine; Baby cot and chair on request (children up to two years are free).
