"Everything we needed was in the cabin. All clean and fresh"

"Great stay at our lodge which was very comfortable. The only thing that would give this all five stars would be the shower which first thing in the morning had no hot water. Apart from that it was perfect! Will definitely be back (despite the cold shower) "

"Spacious and well equipped lodge in tranquil surroundings. Privacy was excellent especially for hot tub use. Robes provided which was ideal for hot tub. Kitchen fully equipped. Comfy sofa’s. WiFi and TV coverage was patchy but meant we were more inclined to Use our phones less which made for a proper relaxation. Would definitely stay there again. "

"A few health and safety isues decking slipy carpets curled up and wooden chopping board very dirty "

"Firstly, the properly hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. I have some quite disturbing pictures of the grime and mould that is everywhere in this property. Secondly, they did not have a cot for my son despite the fact I called and ordered one a week beforehand. Both my husband and I had to take it in turns to protect him on the bed whilst he slept so he didn’t roll off. Words cannot describe how dissapointed we are."

"My two friends and I enjoyed a lovely weekend in a beautiful lodge with hot tub. The facilities were great and the lodge was immaculate.I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax in the beautiful countryside.Staff were really friendly and helpful and obviously take great pride in the place. "Our lodge was brilliant, lots of space inside, robes and plenty of towels for the hot tub. Staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was delivered and looked after perfectly. Lodge was really well equipped with everything we needed. Location wise being only 4 miles from Alton Towers was perfect for us and felt like a million miles away after a full day in a busy theme park. Would highly recommend staying in these lodges."
