"Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. Highly recommended."

"I have a long, fond history with the Sheraton Hotel—going all the way back to my university days, over 30 years ago. Back then, as a student, I often brought visiting university guests to stay here, knowing they’d be well taken care of. Fast forward to today, and I’m thrilled to report that Sheraton still hasn't failed us! Yes, it’s an old hotel—but not in a shabby or tired way. Rather, it exudes a kind of timeless elegance and solid dependability that’s hard to come by these days. The bones of the place are strong, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere still carries that dignified warmth I remembered from decades ago. What truly impresses me is how the hotel has managed to stay relevant and welcoming, without losing its soul to unnecessary overhauls or trends. The staff were courteous and professional, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the entire experience felt like a warm nod to both the past and the present. Sheraton, thank you for being the kind of place we can keep coming back to—confident that you’ll still deliver. You’re not just a hotel, you’re a memory keeper. Here's to many more stays!"

"The hotel is at the city centre. So it’s so easy to get around (near to shopping malls, markets, attractions, restaurants; car rides are convenient). The plethora selection of breakfast menu is also excellent and well thought of. Room service is swift and efficient."

"Love the cleanliness, all the staff were accommodating. The walking and garden area is great! BREAKFAST was FANTASTIC!!!! I did some massage (deep tissue), it was great for my tired body . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel!"

"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"
