They'll hand you a menu if you're not moving on fast enough from dining areas. I had a problem in which someone took my bunk in the ten-bunk room. Reception switched me to a new room with no issues. Easy peasy something about lemons. Good place to stay. They'll treat you right."

"Excellent stay at the Swissotel Tbilisi. Very convenient location 20 minute walk to the old town, very well appointed and modern rooms, and a great breakfast. The service by the staff was of a high standard as well, particuarly Mariam at Concierge. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to any visitors to the city."
