"A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either."

"We were there for my daughter’s softball tournament. The hotel is centrally located. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was well-maintained, although the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Overall, the colonial Inn provided good value for money, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. "
